IQ differences between groups of children from different cultures, it is often assumed that children with low scores are less intelligent. However, an intelligent test tries to be culturally fair or free but it is not always found to be successful at all ends. Culture affects nearly everything to do with administering an IQ test. One of the reasons for the low IQ scores is stereotype threat as when children belong to particular cultures who have witnessed negative biases and stereotypes from others, they are filled with the burden of doubt that affects their performance on the intelligent test.
